--Support:--

• We operate on Discord server for Support

• To get help, join the Discord server, then visit the #「🎫」tickets channel and proceed.

--Software Purchases:--

• We do not offer refunds for software purchases, sometimes we make an exception and offer partial refunds under reasonable circumstances.
• We do not guarantee that the product will work for your PC, they do 99% of the time, however your PC might somehow be incompatible.
• We will only provide you support if you provide us your Order ID to verify your purchase.
• We are not responsible for anything you might or will do with these softwares and are not responsible for any punishments you will receive due to your own doing.
• We do not guarantee that you will not get banned for using some of these softwares. If you're smart, you won't.
• We do not allow customers to chargeback under any circumstances, if you do, there will be legal consequences.

--Accounts Purchases:--

• We do not offer refunds for accounts, only replacements under reasonable circumstances.
• All accounts come with Full Access to the email. On some of them you can change email immediately, on some you will have to wait before you can do so.
• We are not responsible for anything related to the account after a purchase is made, we will not refund no matter what happens to the account unless we deem it appropriate.
• Accounts can potentially be taken back due to the nature of obtaining them. It depends on the account activity, consider them rent.
• It is the customer's responsibility to secure the account and keep it.
• We do not allow customers to chargeback under any circumstances, if you do, there will be legal consequences.
